I want to deactivate my CoinPoker account, how do I do that?

We are sorry to hear that you want to deactivate your account. However, we recommend you to apply a Gameplay Break by following these steps:

Click on “More” available at the bottom-right corner of the app and then click on “Responsible Gaming”.
Click on “Self-Exclusion” and select your preferred duration.Once you select the duration, click on “GET OTP & Self-Exclude”.
Once you complete the OTP verification, the Gameplay Break will be activated. You won’t be able to play or deposit, but withdrawals will remain open.

Note: Once the time duration gets over, your account will be reactivated and you will be able to access your account. If you still wish to deactivate your account permanently, please email us at [email protected] with a message “Account Permanent Deactivation”.
