How do I verify my email address?

Please follow the steps to verify your email address:

• Click on “My Profile” and add your email address under the “Email Address” section.
• Enter the OTP you have received on your registered contact number or email and click on “Verify”.

How can I register on Coinpoker?

Please follow the below steps to register on CoinPoker.com:

Visit our website www.coinpoker.com OR Mobile Application or Desktop Client.

In the desktop client click on:

1. “Sign up”
2. “Create an Account”
3. Enter your email address
4. Choose your password and re-enter it for verification
5. Enter an affiliate or agent code, if you were given one by one of our partners
6. Click on “Get started”

An OTP code will be sent to your email address, which needs to be entered in the client.

You will be logged in immediately. At this point, you have been assigned an automatically generated username, which you can change once by following the below procedure:

1. Click on the down facing arrow next to your username, at the top-right corner of the client.
2. Click on “My Profile”
3. Under the tab “My info” enter your new username, which should be between 5 and 15 characters long, and click on “Check” to see whether it is available. If it is, confirm it or choose a new username until it is available. Please avoid using your own full name or any offensive names, nor your phone number or anything that reveals your identity or confidential details).
4. Click on SEND OTP and enter the OTP you received on your phone number.
5. Enter a complicated Password- It must contain at least 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 number, and 1 of these special characters !@#$* and length between 8 to 20.
6. Check on “have a promo code? (if any).
7. Check on “I agree to CoinPoker’s Terms of Use” (kindly read it before agreeing) and then click on “Submit”.

Please note you will be prompted to change your username only on your first three login attempts, after that your automatically assigned username will become permanent if you do not take action.

What to do if I have not received an OTP?

Upon registration, in case you don’t receive OTP to verify your email address, we suggest to check your spam and promotions folders. Also, please be informed that the OTP will be sent to your registered email address only.
