How do I temporarily self-exclude my account?
To take a Gameplay Break via the desktop client:
- Click on the down-facing arrow next to your username, located at top-right corner of the lobby.
- Select “My Profile”
- Click on “Responsible Gaming”
- Then on “Gameplay Break”
- Choose the duration of your break.
- Click on “Get OTP & Self-Exclude”
To take a Gameplay Break via the mobile app:
- Click on “More” available at the bottom-right corner of the app and then click on “Responsible Gaming”.
- Click on “Gameplay Break” and select your preferred duration.
- Once you select the duration, click on “GET OTP & Self Exclude”.
Please note once you complete the OTP verification, the Gameplay Break will be activated. You won’t be able to play or deposit, but withdrawals will remain open. Your account will be reactivated automatically once your Gameplay Break is over.
