• Choose the duration of your break.
• Click on “Get OTP & Self-Exclude”

To take a Gameplay Break via the mobile app:

• Click on “More” available at the bottom-right corner of the app and then click on “Responsible Gaming”.
• Click on “Gameplay Break” and select your preferred duration.
• Once you select the duration, click on “GET OTP & Self Exclude”.

Please note once you complete the OTP verification, the Gameplay Break will be activated. You won’t be able to play or deposit, but withdrawals will remain open. Your account will be reactivated automatically once your Gameplay Break is over.

I have opted for a Gameplay break by mistake. How can I remove it?

In case, you have opted for a 24 hours Gameplay Break, your account will be reactivated automatically once your Gameplay Break is over.

If you requested a longer Gameplay Break via our Support team, your account will remain deactivated until the period you have chosen elapses. You will then be required to email us at [email protected] to lift your Gameplay Break.

I want to deactivate my CoinPoker account, how do I do that?

We are sorry to hear that you want to deactivate your account. However, we recommend you to apply a Gameplay Break by following these steps:

• Click on “More” available at the bottom-right corner of the app and then click on “Responsible Gaming”.
• Click on “Self-Exclusion” and select your preferred duration.Once you select the duration, click on “GET OTP & Self-Exclude”.
• Once you complete the OTP verification, the Gameplay Break will be activated. You won’t be able to play or deposit, but withdrawals will remain open.

Note: Once the time duration gets over, your account will be reactivated and you will be able to access your account. If you still wish to deactivate your account permanently, please email us at [email protected] with a message “Account Permanent Deactivation”.

You can manage your bank roll by following these steps:

• Look out for your bankroll: One of the most important things to consider is that you don’t sit in games that are higher than your bankroll. Generally, the aim should be to have at least 100+ buy-ins for the stakes you play. However, this also depends on the structure and the format of the game.
