How The Weekly Tournament Leaderboard Works
The Weekly Leaderboard starts every Monday at 00:00 UTC and ends on Sunday at 23:59 UTC.
Here’s how to start ranking on the leaderboard:
- Play Multi-Table Tournaments: The Weekly Tournament Leaderboard includes all multi-table tournaments (MTTs) while satellites, freerolls and freebuys are excluded.
- Compete Weekly: Participate in eligible tournaments and earn leaderboard points based on your performance. The more tournaments you play, the more rewards you earn.
- Climb the Ranks: Points are awarded based on buy-ins, the number of participants, and your finishing position.
- Win Big: The top 50 places are paid and there is a whopping $500 up top every week.
- Get Fast Payouts: Leaderboard prizes will be awarded within 72 hours after the week has ended.
Points Calculation
Weekly Tournament Leaderboard Points are calculated using the following formula:
- Points = 10 × (√Number of Players ÷ √Place) × (1 + LOG(Buy-in + 0.25))
- Bonus Points: 20% Bonus Points for signing up for a tournament before it begins.

Points are based on buy-ins, the number of participants, and your finishing position. Players paying Community Contributions in CHP receive 50% more points, early registrations 10% more.
Who is eligible for the Weekly Tournament Leaderboard?
All players participating in MTTs are eligible. Freebuys, freerolls, and satellites are excluded.
Terms and Conditions
- Notice: As of Wednesday, September 3rd, the points formula has been updated. The 50% CHP bonus has been removed and the pre-registration bonus has been increased from 10% to 20%.
- Tournament leaderboard points are calculated based on buy-ins, the number of participants, and the place taken.
- Each week the top 50 players, determined by the number of leaderboard points collected, will share a weekly prize pool.
- Weekly prize pool: $5,000.
- Leaderboard prizes will be paid out 72 hours after the list of leaderboard winners has been finalized.
- Leaderboard points for MTTs are calculated using the following formula: 10 * (√ (Number of players) / √ (Place)) * (1 + LOG (Buy-in + 0.25)).
- Each entry in re-entry tournaments will earn leaderboard points for the player.
- Each new entry in tournaments will earn leaderboard points for the player.
- Players who sign up for a tournament before it begins will receive a 20% bonus in TLB points for that tournament.
- The Leaderboard includes all MTT tournaments, excluding freebuys, freerolls and satellites.
- Any tournament that is not charged a fee/community contribution would not earn leaderboard points.
- The Leaderboard starts at 00:00 UTC on Mondays and ends at 23:59 UTC on Sundays.
- If two or more players collect the same amount of points, the player that won more in tournaments ranks higher. If the amount of winnings between both players is the same, the rankings are determined in random order.
- Leaderboard points are allocated at the completion of the tournament. In cases where a tournament starts in one week and finishes in the next, the Leaderboard points will be allocated to the previous week.
- It is entirely at CoinPoker’s discretion to eliminate any player from any Leaderboard in cases of identified or suspected game abuse with the intention to compete for Leaderboard points.
- CoinPoker reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including cancellation, modification or suspending the operation of the Promotion if CoinPoker believes that the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
