Features for Players

New Poker Features

CoinPoker’s evolution is here, and we outfitted our poker games with tons of new features.

You’ll probably notice most of them in your first games, but others might need explaining. We hope you enjoy each one.

We also hope you enjoy 100% Rakeback, running until the end of March.

Below, we’ll explain some of the best features from our latest update.

Heads-Up Display (HUD)

Heads-Up Display (HUD)

With our built-in Heads-Up Display (HUD), players get useful information about their opponents in real time. See how active your opponents are, how often they raise or 3-bet, and how many times they continue to be aggressive on the flop. Tap a name, see their stats, and make your decision.

Check out your own stats, so you know what opponents see when they check their HUD.

Splash Cash Drops

Splash Cash Drops

Splash is a cash game feature that drops cash on the table at random times, instantly driving competition. Every time a Splash pot starts, you’ll see a golden chest open up. If it’s a Regular Splash, up to 49BB drops onto the table. With a Mega Splash, it could be up to a whopping 1000BB to fight for.

The hand’s winner takes 50% of the Splash, and the rest goes to everyone else.

Bomb Pot Cash Games

Bomb Pot Cash Games

When a Bomb Pot activates, everyone puts extra chips into the pot and goes immediately to the flop. Most hands play like normal cash games, but at random times, the Bomb Pot happens. Players put in 1BB-3BB, get their hole cards, and skip the preflop stage. In some games, players get Double Board Bomb Pots.

With so many extra chips in the pot, Bomb Pot hands are always interesting.

Run It Multiple Times

Run It Multiple Times

Running it twice is a cash game feature many players know and use regularly, but our new software gives it a twist. Along with the usual Run It Twice, we also have Run It Twice+1. When players opt for RIT+1, an extra runout happens after the first two, but only if a player wins the first two boards.

In your next big all-in, choose to Run It Twice, Run It Twice+1, or just once.

Chip Offload

Chip Offload

Chip Offload is a feature to help cash game players lock in winnings and send money straight to their balance. In traditional cash games, players have to leave the table to bring winnings to their balance. With Chip Offload, players can smoothly send their winnings to their balance without having to leave the table.

The action keeps going, while any cash game profits are safely stored in your bankroll.

Hand History & Replays

Hand History & Replays

Our Hand History got a major upgrade, giving you a detailed look at previous hands, plus a full replayer to play back the action. Click the cards icon at your table to open up the replayer, and sort through the session. Go street by street, or use the replayer to watch everything movie-style.

View the pot size on each street, actions taken, and profit or loss for each player.

Strength Indicator

Strength Indicator

During poker games, see how powerful your hand is with our Strength Indicator. This color-coded pop-up sits right below your cards, adjusting on the flop, turn, and river. For players who are still learning, this indicator is a great way to quickly understand hand strength.

Near the strength indicator is your best hand combination, which helps in games like PLO.

Social Features

Social Features

Poker doesn’t have to be all about the odds, EV, and theory. At all CoinPoker tables, chat with opponents, react to big wins or bad beats, and send throwables left and right to show everyone how you feel. Throw bananas, claps, grenades, sharks, and more.

Of course, keep any chat messages clean, and don’t give up information about your cards!

Player Notes & Tags

Player Notes & Tags

Your memory has its limits. Use Player Notes to store key details about opponents, like playing styles and habits that you can exploit later. You can also tag opponents with different colors for different skill levels or player types. Everything can be updated without leaving the table.

For all the specific insights that your HUD can’t capture, Player Notes are there to help.

Level Up Your Game

Poker Features to Improve Your Skill

You shouldn’t have to download countless programs to improve at poker. We’ve brought built-in features with our latest CoinPoker update that players can use to gain edges at the tables.

Take a look at a few of our new skill-improving poker features.

Skill Score

Skill Score

Ever wondered exactly where you rank among other tournament players? Skill Score has the answer. Using seven different metrics from your poker tournament results, Skill Score shows how you stack up against every other MTT player on CoinPoker.

See your rank, plus important stats like winnings, biggest score, times cashed, number of final tables, and tournaments won.

Your Skill Score will update with every real money tournament, and keep all your important MTT info in one place.

Showdown Meter

Showdown Meter

Your Showdown Meter is like a reality check. Instead of wondering if you’re running hot or cold, check the Showdown Meter for the real facts.

This feature looks at hands where you and other players both went all-in before the river and faced a runout.

If you got extremely lucky, it shows here. If your opponent had a tiny chance of winning but hit that one lucky card on the river, it’ll show here too. It’s all tallied up to show if you’re running Ice Cold, Cold, Neutral, Hot, or Fiery Hot.

PokerIntel

PokerIntel

PokerIntel is a little like Skill Score, but it looks at the big picture. While you play cash games or tournaments, your PokerIntel updates every 30 minutes, storing data about how you play poker. Check out your win rate, hands played, and even time played.

To dig deeper, check the Insights section. This will show things like the length of your sessions, the percentage of hands and sessions won, and win statistics against different numbers of opponents. You can also inspect different opponents, check your record against them, and see their player type.

Get Into the Game

Test Out Our New Poker Software Today

Features are fantastic, but at the end of the day, it’s still about the poker.

As we unveiled our new software, we also released new poker games. No matter what you play, there’s something fresh to explore in your lobby.

Tournaments

Tournaments

Our poker tournaments are bigger and better than ever, especially with the new features and events like Multi-Day Tournaments. We cover every stage and buy-in, from $0.01 satellites up to high stakes tournaments.

The weekend is the ultimate day to play, since our Sunday Specials always bring the best guaranteed prize pools.

Look forward to our MTT series, like the multi-million-dollar Coin Series of Poker (CSOP) that runs multiple times a year.

Then there’s CoinMasters with a $100,000 poker career, plus real silver and gold coins for tournament winners. This unique series was invented with help from Bencb to deliver more than just massive guarantees. Each event awards one of seven crypto coins, and we’ve sent out over 900 so far.

Cash Games

Cash Games

CoinPoker’s cash games run 24/7 across all stakes, on six-player and heads-up two-player tables. We have an active community of micro and low-stakes players, but also host the highest-stakes cash games on the planet.

Multi-million-dollar hands are part of our past, present, and future.

We even host the Cash Game World Championship, where the best of the best compete on CoinPoker tables.

Here are the formats in our cash game lineup:

Free Poker Games

Free Poker Games

If you need to build experience or learn the ropes, there shouldn’t be barriers.

We have two different ways to play free poker, starting with CoinPoker Freerolls. These are tournaments with no buy-in, but real money prizes to win. If you come out near the top of the pack, the prizes could be the beginning of your bankroll. Click on Freerolls in our app, and register for the upcoming events.

The second way to play free poker is with Practice Games. These are cash games, with no real money at play. We’ll refill your account with Practice Chips every day, and you can sit at the 1/2 or 5/10 practice tables.

Unlike the CoinPoker Freerolls, there are no real prizes from Practice Games, but they’re still perfect for learning rules and gaining experience.
