The $30M Battle of Malta
Online Series on CoinPoker

1. Promotion Period

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Battle of Malta Online Series running from July 12th to August 3rd, 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to all verified CoinPoker account holders in good standing.
• Participating events will be clearly labeled as Battle of Malta Online Series events in the CoinPoker client.
• Only labeled Battle of Malta Online Series events are eligible for Battle of Malta Online Series promotions and live package opportunities.
• CoinPoker reserves the right to exclude players suspected of abuse, manipulation, collusion, use of prohibited software, bots, real-time assistance (RTA), or any form of unfair activity.

3. Main Events

$565 Main Event

The $565 Main Event follows a multi-flight format:

• 11 Day 1 flights run throughout the series
• Players may enter multiple Day 1 flights
• Only the best qualifying stack qualifies for Day 2
• All qualified players combine into a single field for Day 2
• Day 2 will be played to a winner

$55 Main Challenger

The $55 Main Challenger follows a multi-flight format:

• 23 Day 1 flights run throughout the series
• One Day 1 flight runs each day of the series
• Players may enter multiple Day 1 flights
• Only the best qualifying stack qualifies for Day 2
• All qualified players combine into a single field for Day 2
• Day 2 will be played to a winner

$11 Main Crusader

The $11 Main Crusader follows a multi-flight format:

• 23 Day 1 flights run throughout the series
• One Day 1 flight runs each day of the series
• Players may enter multiple Day 1 flights
• Only the best qualifying stack qualifies for Day 2
• All qualified players combine into a single field for Day 2
• Day 2 will be played to a winner

4. Main Event Package Mechanics

$565 Main Event

• The chip leader of each Day 1 flight receives one Battle of Malta live package.
• A total of 11 live packages are awarded through the $565 Main Event.

$55 Main Challenger

• The chip leader at the end of each Day 1 flight receives a ticket into a private package tournament for $55 Main Challenger Day 1 chip leaders.
• The private package tournament for $55 Main Challenger Day 1 chip leaders awards Battle of Malta live packages to the top 8 finishers.

$11 Main Crusader

• The chip leader at the end of each Day 1 flight receives a ticket into a private package tournament for $11 Main Crusader Day 1 chip leaders.
• The private package tournament for $11 Main Crusader Day 1 chip leaders awards Battle of Malta live packages to the top 6 finishers.

• If two or more players finish a qualifying Day 1 flight with identical chip counts for the chip leader position, the player who reached that chip count first (based on tournament hand history records) will be deemed the chip leader for package qualification purposes.

5. Battle of Malta Champion’s Trials

• Each unique eligible tournament a player registers for counts as one valid tournament toward milestone progress.
• Re-entries do not count as additional tournaments toward milestone progress.
• Milestone progress resets each week and does not carry forward to subsequent weeks.

Two participation tiers apply:

• Low Tier: $2.20 to $44 buy-ins
• High Tier: $55 buy-ins and above
• Milestones are tracked separately for each tier.

The following milestones apply to each tier:

• Iron Milestone: play 10 unique eligible tournaments during a qualifying week
• Gold Milestone: play 20 unique eligible tournaments during a qualifying week
• Players who reach the Iron Milestone receive a ticket into the Quarter Finals for that tier’s weekly Champion’s Trials.
• Players who reach the Gold Milestone receive a ticket directly into the Semi Finals for that tier’s weekly Champion’s Trials.
• Milestones are exclusive. Players receive only the entry for the highest milestone reached within each tier during each qualifying week.
• Players may participate in both tiers simultaneously.

Weekly qualification periods are:

• July 12th – July 18th
• July 19th – July 25th
• July 26th – August 3rd

• Players must use their tickets and play the relevant Champion’s Trials tournaments.
• Tickets that are not used will be forfeited and will not be re-credited.
• Each tier has its own weekly Champion’s Trials.

In each weekly Final, Battle of Malta live packages are awarded as follows:

• Low Tier Final: top 10 finishers win packages
• High Tier Final: top 15 finishers win packages

6. Battle of Malta Packages

Package Access

• Battle of Malta live package winners must complete all required CoinPoker KYC checks before accessing or using their package.
• Players who do not complete the required KYC checks will forfeit their package.
• Package winners will be contacted by email only.

Package Transfers

• Battle of Malta live packages are transferable.
• Players may transfer a package to another person by contacting [email protected].
• Package transfers must be requested by August 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Each package may only be transferred once. Once a package transfer has been completed, the nominated recipient may not transfer the package again.
• Once a package is transferred, it becomes the property of the nominated recipient.
• Package recipients are responsible for their own ability to attend the event, including travel documents, entry requirements, availability, and personal circumstances.
• Players may win multiple packages.

CoinPoker-Facilitated Transfers

• To help protect players, CoinPoker may facilitate package transfer transactions between players.
• To request a CoinPoker-facilitated package transfer, the original package winner must email [email protected] with their intention to sell the package, the buyer’s CoinPoker username, and the agreed USDT sale amount.
• Once the original package winner confirms their intention to sell the package through a CoinPoker-facilitated transfer, the decision is irreversible.
• The buyer must have enough USDT in their CoinPoker account to complete the transaction.
• The buyer must also email [email protected] confirming their intention to buy the package and the agreed USDT sale amount.
• Once the buyer confirms their intention to buy the package through a CoinPoker-facilitated transfer, the decision is irreversible.
• Once both players have confirmed the transaction details, CoinPoker will handle the transfer of funds and the package transfer.
• Players who choose to complete a package transfer without CoinPoker facilitating the transaction do so at their own risk.
• CoinPoker is not responsible for any private arrangements, failed transactions, disputes, or scam attempts between players when a package transfer is completed privately.

7. Trophy Ceremony Invitations

• Trophy winners may choose to receive their trophy at the official CoinPoker Trophy Ceremony during Battle of Malta Autumn 2026.
• Trophy winners who choose to receive their trophy at the CoinPoker Trophy Ceremony will also receive one Battle of Malta Main Event ticket.
• If a trophy winner also wins a Battle of Malta live package, the player will receive the Battle of Malta Main Event ticket included in the package. The value of the additional Main Event ticket connected to the Trophy Ceremony Invitation will be credited to the player’s CoinPoker account as promotional balance.
• The Battle of Malta Main Event ticket is a complementary add-on for attending the trophy ceremony and is not a standalone reward.
• Travel and accommodation are not included.
• Players are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation.
• Trophy winners may choose to have their trophy shipped instead.
• Trophy winners who choose trophy shipment will not receive the complementary Battle of Malta Main Event ticket.
• No alternative compensation is offered if a player chooses trophy shipment or does not attend the trophy ceremony.

8. Technical Disruptions

• In the event of technical errors, interruptions, or unforeseen operational issues, CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust, amend, suspend, or cancel any tournament, added value mechanic, or package mechanic/allocation.
• Tournament interruptions and refunds are handled in accordance with the CoinPoker Game Interruption and Refund Policy.
• Any such decisions are final and binding.

9. Security & Fair Play

• CoinPoker’s Game Security team proactively and retrospectively monitors gameplay to ensure fair competition.
• Players found engaging in manipulation, collusion, artificial activity, use of prohibited software, bots, real-time assistance (RTA), or any form of abuse will be disqualified.
• The use of multiple CoinPoker accounts is prohibited. Players found using multiple accounts may be disqualified and forfeit any prizes or rewards.
• All participants must comply with CoinPoker’s Third-Party Tools Policy. The use of any software, tool, service, or application prohibited under it may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes or rewards.
• CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold, adjust, revoke, or cancel any prizes, packages, tickets, or rewards.
• Further account actions may be taken at CoinPoker’s sole discretion.

10. Modification & Cancellation

• CoinPoker reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Battle of Malta Online Series or any associated mechanics at any time without prior notice.
• Any significant changes will be communicated through official CoinPoker channels.

11. General

• Participation in the Battle of Malta Online Series implies full acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is subject to CoinPoker’s General Terms & Conditions available on the CoinPoker website.
• All decisions made by CoinPoker regarding eligibility, disputes, rewards, packages, rules, or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding.
• In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version will take precedence in all interpretations and decisions.
