How Does the Seven Deuce Game Bounty Work?

Seven Deuce games can be found on CoinPoker’s Fast and Furious tables. Some players might want to understand how the bounty in the Seven Deuce game works, so we’ve created this simple guide.

We’ll explain:

  • How buying in to Seven Deuce games is different
  • How collecting bounties works when you win
  • How paying bounties works when someone else wins
  • How reloading the bounty works after you pay a bounty

Let’s go over everything you need to know about the Seven Deuce game bounty:

Paying the Bounty When Joining the Game

When you sit down at a Fast and Furious table to play the Seven Deuce game, you are asked to add 5BB for the bounty, alongside your normal buy-in.

This means that the bounty funds are separate from the chips you play the game with. It allows the games to run normally, with no worrying about keeping money behind to pay for bounties. It’s already taken care of.

Even if a player goes all in and you beat them with 7-2, you’ll still collect the 5BB bounty, plus the chips they wagered on the table.

Collecting the Bounty When You Win with 7-2

When you win with 7-2 suited or offsuit (whether by bluffing or winning at showdown), you will collect a bounty from every player at the table.

This process is automatic, and there’s nothing the winning player needs to do. After the win, the cards of the winning player will be shown (even if they win on a street before the river). Next, the bounty will transfer from the other players to the one who won with 7-2.

Paying the Bounty When a Player Wins with 7-2

Just like collecting the Seven Deuce game bounty, paying the bounty is automatic. When another player wins with 7-2 suited or offsuit, this bounty will be collected from all players.

If you were not present at the table at the start of the hand, you will not pay the bounty when a player wins with 7-2.

Reloading the Bounty After Paying the Bounty to a Player

After players pay the bounty to another player who won with 7-2, they automatically reload the bounty. This means that everyone is ready for the next time a player wins with 7-2.

If players cannot reload their bounty, they will not enter the next hand of the Seven Deuce game.

Important Rules for Seven Deuce Games

Seven Deuce games follow the same basic structure as a regular poker hand, with a few exciting twists. Here’s how Fast & Furious plays out:

  • How to Win: Win a hand of Texas Hold’em holding 7-2 suited or offsuit. Players can win by bluffing or by having the best combination at showdown.
  • Buying In: Every player contributes five big blinds (5BB) to the bounty as soon as they join a Seven Deuce table.
  • The Bounty: The 5BB bounty is paid out from the table, not individual player stacks.
  • Bounty Split: If multiple players win the same hand, the bounty is divided evenly among them.
  • Show Rules: Winning hands are revealed automatically immediately after the pot is awarded, even if the hand was a bluff.
  • Time Bank: Players get a 20-second time bank in the Seven Deuce Game.
