You can reset your CoinPoker account password by following these steps:
- Login to www.coinpoker.com or log in from the desktop client or phone application.
- Click on the “forgot password?” option under login.
- Enter your registered email address or username and click on continue.
- Enter a new password and enter the OTP received on your registered email or mobile number.
- Click on the Reset Password button to reset it.
Note: We always suggest changing your CoinPoker account’s password on a regular basis in order to keep your account secure. Consider changing your password every few months to be on the safe side.
No, usernames cannot be changed.

You can check your coins by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Click on the ‘Wallet’ icon located at the top right corner of the CoinPoker client desktop or mobile application.
- Click on “Coins Enquiry”. Here you will see the total coins you have generated within a specified time period when playing poker cash games.
Note: You can filter out your “Game Type”, “Blinds”, “Game Format” by clicking on “Filter” at the top left corner along with a specific time range. Please note that you will only be able to check the coins that you have generated in the last 3 months.
To unsubscribe from promotional emails, please click on the “Unsubscribe” option available in the email. For app push notifications, go to your phone settings and turn off app push notifications.
You can retrieve your CoinPoker account username by following these steps:
- Login to www.coinpoker.com or log in from a desktop client or mobile application.
- Click on the “forgot password?” option under login.
- Enter your registered email address or username and click on continue.
- You will receive an email addressing your username.
Sharing or distribution of the password with any other user/ person/ group or any third party is strictly prohibited. CoinPoker.com is not responsible if your account is accessed or opened by others using your password.
You are held legally responsible and liable for all of your activities on the website made from your Account, whether or not made by you.
Please follow the below given steps in order to change your password:
- Login to www.coinpoker.com or log in from a desktop client or mobile application.
- On the web browser, click on Account security from the list on the left and enter your current password followed by your new password and click on ‘Save’.
- In the mobile or desktop application, tap on your avatar and open “My Profile”, on the following page tap on “Account Security” at the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap on change password and enter your current password followed by your new password and then tap on Change Password button to reset the password.

Please follow the steps below to enable two-step verification:
- Login to www.coinpoker.com or log in from a desktop client or mobile application.
- In the mobile application on “Profile Avatar” and select “My Profile” from the menu, tap on “Account Security” at the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap on the toggle button of Two Factor Authentication and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- On the web browser, click on Account security from the list on the left, click on “2 Step Verification”, tap on the toggle button.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email or mobile number.
You can follow the below-mentioned steps to change your avatar:
- Log into your CoinPoker account on the desktop or mobile application.
- Click on your avatar at the top left corner of the home page of the app.
- On the following page click on your avatar again and select the avatar of your choice.
Play money chips do not have any monetary value and are only useful to practice poker under the play money section of the game lobby.
For Mobile App:
- Click on your “Avatar” at the top-left corner and then click on “My Tickets”.
- Here you will see “Current Tickets” where you will see your unused tickets and “Past Tickets” where you will see your “Used” and “Expired” tickets.
For Desktop Client:
- Click on your username at the top-right corner and then click on “My Profile”.
- On the left-side menu click on “My tickets” to view your active and past tickets.
Note: If you do not have any current tickets, you will see “View Offers” option on the same screen by which you can check our deposit offers and win the tournament ticket.
You can check the break up of your balance components in the Wallet section of your app. The components are:
- Total Balance: This balance can be used to play across all game formats (and is inclusive of your deposit amount). This can be entirely converted to Withdrawable balance after playing.
- Withdrawable Balance: This represents your winnings as well as the amount converted from Unused Balance, Rewards and Releasable Bonus.
- Rewards: This represents the rakeback received in any form including the cash leaderboard prizes and prizes from ‘Refer a Friend’. This can be transferred to your Withdrawable balance instantly.
Releasable Bonus: This bonus is released incrementally to your Withdrawable balance based on your gameplay and coins generation.
Within the client, click on your “Wallet” icon and then on “My Transactions”. Here you will see all transactions related to your transaction history.
Click on your “Avatar” at the top-left corner and then click on “Game History”. Here you can check your hand history for “Cash Games” and “Tournaments”.
Note: You can check your hand history of the last 30 days.
If you have funds in both your Withdrawable and Total balances, the amount will first be deducted from your Withdrawable balance, then from your total balance upon entering a Cash Game or Tournament table.
