CoinRewards Terms & Conditions

1. Effective Date

• CoinRewards goes into effect on April 1st, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to all verified CoinPoker account holders in good standing.
• CoinRewards applies to all eligible real-money games.
• VIP games operate under a separate rewards system, available at: [link to high stakes rewards page]
• CoinPoker reserves the right to exclude players suspected of abuse, manipulation, collusion, or any form of unfair activity.

3. Overview

• CoinRewards is CoinPoker’s rewards system, designed to continuously return value based on player activity.
• The system operates automatically, with no opt-in required.

CoinRewards consists of three components:

• CoinRaces
• Infused Splash Pots
• 15% Daily Rewards
• All components operate simultaneously, and players may receive rewards from all three systems concurrently.

4. Rewards Balance

• All CoinRewards are credited to the player’s Rewards Balance.
• Rewards Balance can be converted instantly into withdrawable balance.

5. CoinRaces

Structure

• CoinRaces is a continuous leaderboard system operating in 2-hour cycles, running 24/7.
• Each leaderboard window functions as an independent competition.
• Players are automatically included, with no opt-in required.

Eligibility

• Applies to NLH and PLO cash games.
• Applies to stakes ranging from $0.01/$0.02 to $25/$50.
• Private tables are excluded unless explicitly stated.

Segmentation

• Leaderboards are segmented by both game type and stake level.

Stake tiers:

• Micro: $0.01/$0.02 – $0.02/$0.05
• Low: $0.05/$0.10 – $0.25/$0.50
• Mid: $0.50/$1 – $2/$5
• High: $5/$10 – $25/$50
• Each segment runs its own leaderboard with a dedicated portion of the prize pool.

Scoring

• Players earn Coins, where:
  • 1 Coin = $1 in rake paid
• Points are tracked in real time during gameplay.

Prize Distribution

• A total of $1,000,000 is distributed weekly across all CoinRaces leaderboards.
• This amount represents the total rewards distributed across all eligible players.
• Rewards are distributed proportionally, based on each player’s share of total Coins generated within paid positions.
• CoinPoker reserves the right to review and adjust leaderboard results in cases of abnormal or non-standard gameplay patterns.

Payouts

• Rewards are credited within minutes after each leaderboard ends.

6. Infused Splash Pots

Overview

• Splash Pots is a core game feature that redistributes funds collected through a small splash fee into active hands during gameplay.
• Infused Splash Pots is part of the CoinRewards system and builds on this functionality by injecting additional rewards into the Splash Pool.
• Through Infused Splash Pots, CoinPoker distributes rewards directly into gameplay by increasing the size and frequency of splash events.
• Splash events are triggered at random by a random number generator (RNG).

Eligibility

• Applies to NLH and PLO cash games.
• Applies to stakes ranging from $0.01/$0.02 to $25/$50.
• Only players actively dealt into the hand at the time of the splash are eligible to receive a share.

Distribution

• When a splash is triggered:
  • A percentage is awarded to the winning player
  • The remaining portion is distributed among the other players dealt into the hand
• Distribution ratios may include:
  • 50/50
  • 60/40
  • 70/30
  • 80/20

Reward Structure

• CoinPoker contributes $500,000 weekly to the Splash Pool, forming a continuous rewards layer on top of the base Splash Pots system.
• These funds are distributed through splash events, including larger reward events known as Mega Splashes.
• Mega Splashes may reach up to 1000 big blinds.

7. 15% Daily Rewards

• Players receive 15% of all rake paid during each calendar day as rewards.
• The calculation window is:
  • 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC
• Rewards are credited at 07:00 UTC the following day.
• Rewards are paid into the player’s Rewards Balance.
• The splash fee is excluded from this calculation, as it is fully allocated to the Splash Pool.

8. Security & Fair Play

• CoinPoker’s Game Security team proactively and retrospectively monitors gameplay to ensure fair competition.
• Players found engaging in manipulation, collusion, artificial activity, or any form of abuse will be disqualified.
• CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold, adjust, revoke, or cancel any rewards.
• Further account actions may be taken at CoinPoker’s sole discretion.

9. Technical Disruptions

• In the event of technical errors, interruptions, or unforeseen operational issues, CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust, amend, suspend, or cancel any portion of the CoinRewards system.
• Any such decisions are final and binding.

10. Modification & Cancellation

• CoinPoker reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate CoinRewards at any time without prior notice.
• Any significant changes will be communicated through official CoinPoker channels.

11. General

• Participation in CoinRewards implies full acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is subject to CoinPoker’s General Terms & Conditions, available on the CoinPoker website.
• All decisions made by CoinPoker regarding eligibility, calculations, disputes, or enforcement are final and binding.
