All Your Tournament Tickets, Simplified
Track, use, or refund your tournament tickets, all in one place. Whether earned via deposits, missions, satellites, or promotions, your tickets come with complete details and timely reminders.
To see your tickets, go to My Profile, then click on My Tickets on the left side of the window.
Ticket Types & How They Work
Single Ticket
Use once for a specific tournament.
Multiple Tickets
Use to register multiple times in the same tournament.
Group Tickets
Valid across multiple tournaments with the same buy-in.
View Ticket Details
Easily view your tickets in the Active Tickets or Past Tickets tabs. From here, you can see your available tickets, track usage history, and explore eligible tournaments.
If a ticket is refundable, you’ll see a “Refund” button, and you can tap it to get your buy-in back.
Ticket Refunds & Expiry
Refundable Tickets
Usable in any tournament with the same buy-in. If unused by expiry, they’ll be auto-refunded.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Locked to a specific tournament. No refund will be processed after expiry.
You can view expired tickets under the Past Tickets tab. These tickets cannot be used.
FAQs
Tournament tickets let you enter games without paying the buy-in. You can earn them through deposit offers, satellite wins, missions, or promotions.
Only group tickets or multi-entry tickets (with the same buy-in) can be used for more than one tournament.
This section shows tickets you’ve used, refunded, or that have expired.
Yes, you can, if your ticket is refundable, you’ll see a “Play Other Tournament” option with eligible alternatives.
Tap the “Refund” button on any unused, refundable ticket and confirm to receive your buy-in back.
It indicates how many uses are left on a multi-entry or group ticket.
If allowed and the ticket is refundable, yes. Just unregister before the tournament starts to reuse it.
If your ticket is refundable, we’ll prompt you to use it in another eligible tournament before it expires.
If you use the ticket in a different eligible tournament, the name updates to reflect the latest tournament it’s associated with.
