Where can I find tournaments?

For Mobile App:

From “Home”, click on “Tournaments”.
Here you will find the complete list of tournaments. It shows tournament name, prize pool (or tickets), no. of entries,buy-in amount and registration timings.
Click on the tournament of your choice.
Click on “Register” (or “Late Reg”, if the tournament has already started and is open for late registration or “Buy Chips”, if you haven’t done a deposit already).

Once the tournament begins, you will be allotted a seat automatically and you can start playing!

How can I register for a tournament?

For Mobile App:

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Tournaments”.
Select a tournament that you want to play.
Click on “Register” (or “Late Reg” if the tournament has already started and is open for late registration or “Buy Chips” if you haven’t done a deposit already).

Once the tournament begins, start playing!

How can I register late for a tournament?

For Mobile App:

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Tournaments”.
Look for the tournaments that show the “Late Reg” option.
Click on the tournament and then click on “Late Reg” at the bottom right.

Once the tournament begins, start playing!

How can I unregister from a tournament?

For Mobile App:

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Tournaments”.
Click on the tournament from which you want to unregister.
Click on “Unregister” and you will be successfully unregistered from the tournament.

Note: You will not be able to unregister once the tournament starts. However, if you do not wish to play then you can “Exit” from the tournament.

How can I re-register for a tournament?

For Mobile App:

Go to Home.
Click on “Tournaments”.
Click on the tournament that you want to play and then click on “Register”. Once the tournament begins, start playing.

Note: Re-register can only be done before the late registration period.

How do I find Free Entry Tournaments (Freerolls)?

For Mobile App:

Go to Home.
Look for the “Poker Formats” section, and tap on “Free Games” and on “Freerolls”. You will be taken to the Free Entry Tournaments Lobby.
Here you will find the complete list of tournaments. It shows tournament name, prize pool (or tickets), number of entries, buy-in amount and registration timings.
Click on the tournament of your choice.
Click on “Register” (or “Late Reg” if the tournament has already started and is open for late registration).

I want to know the structure of a tournament, how do I check it?

For Mobile App:

Log in to the CoinPoker app/client.
Go to “Home”.
Click on “Tournaments”.
Select a tournament that you want to play.
Here you will see “Details”, “Entries”, “Prize”, and “Blind Structure” on the top-bar.
Click on any of these options to know the tournament details.

What is the Bubble Protection for a tournament?

Bubble protection is a built-in safety feature for tournaments, which automatically refunds your buy-in when you bust during the Bubble.

The feature is enabled when you meet the below conditions:
Register early, before the tournament starts
Use cash or satellite-earned tickets to buy in

Look for the Bubble Protection icon in the tournament lobby, to see whether the option is available.

Where can I find Cash Tables?

For Mobile App:

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Cash Games”.
Here you will see all the available cash games. You can select from Texas Hold’em and PLO along with the stakes (Low, Mid or High).

What is Run it Twice? How can I play it?

For Mobile App:

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Cash Games”.
Select a game based on your preferred game type (Texas Hold’em, PLO) and stakes (Mid, Low or High).
Select a table that mentions “RIT”.
Enter the table and start playing.

How do I leave a cash table?

For Mobile App:

Click on (☰) icon on the top-left corner.
Select “Leave Seat” and then confirm by tapping on the “Leave Seat” button.

Now click on the (☰) icon again and select “Exit Table”.

How do I play poker without depositing money?

If you want to enjoy playing the skill-based game of Poker for free without depositing, you can play Freerolls or Practice Games.

Please follow these easy steps-

Go to “Home”.
Click on “Practice Games” or “Freerolls”
If you go to “Practice Games”, you can select a game of your choice (Hold’em/PLO) and enter the table to start playing.
If you go to “Freerolls”, you can register for a tournament and start playing when the tournament starts.

How can I change the table background theme and card deck?

For Mobile App:

Select a cash game that you want to play and enter the table.
Click on (☰) icon and select “Table Themes”
Explore “Themes”, “Cards Front” and “Card Back” and select the ones that you like from each of these 3 options. Click on “Apply” and you are all set!

How can I mute the sound effects?

For Mobile App:

When you enter a cash game, click on the (☰) icon on the top-left corner.
Click on “Table Settings”. From here, you can disable the “Sounds” option to mute sound effects.

How can I change my profile avatar?

For Mobile App:

Click on your avatar at the top left corner.
On the following page, click on your “Avatar” again and select the avatar of your choice.

How can I review my last played hand?

Click on the “Hand History” button showing two cards at the bottom left of the table.

You can also click on “Replay Hand” or “Details” to know the details of how you played in the last hand/ to know the details of your last hand.

How can I change the “in-game settings”?

For Mobile App:

Select a cash game and enter the table.
Click on the (☰) icon on the top-left corner.
Click on “Table Settings” and enable or disable “Show Hand Strength”, “Show Stack in BB” or “Vibration” as per your preference.

How do I mute chats?

You can now mute chats of all users or spectators chat from the chatbox itself. You can just tick the box of ‘Mute Spectator Chat’ or ‘Mute All chats’.

How can I hide chat bubbles?

For Mobile App:

Click on the “Chat Icon”.
Click on (…) option and you will see 3 options “Mute Spectator Chat”, “Hide Chat Bubbles”, and “Mute All Chat”.
Click on “Hide Chat Bubbles” to stop seeing them whilst playing on the table.

Where can I check the hand strength while playing?

When you join a table, you will see 10 bars (IIIIIIIIII) right next to your “Avatar” glowing as per the strength of your hand. You can tap on the bars to check the entire list of Poker hands where your current hand strength will be highlighted.

Where can I enable or disable the hand strength?

For Mobile App:

To change your “hand strength settings”, when you enter a cash game:
Click on the (☰) icon on the top-left corner.
Click on “Table Settings” and enable or disable it as per your preference.
If the toggle is on, your best five cards will be highlighted and your hand strength will show next to your avatar.
If the toggle is off, neither will your best five cards be highlighted nor will your hand strength be shown next to your avatar.
