What is Run It Twice & Run It Twice +1?

Run It Twice” is a feature that allows players to run the board more than once if they go all-in before the river. This feature runs in CoinPoker cash games, not tournaments.

Running it more than once is a way to cut down on variance, and have the results be closer to your true equity in the hand.

Run It Twice is agreed upon by all players in the hand. If one player does not agree, then the board will only run one time like a traditional hand.

Each “run” is treated as a separate hand, and the pot is divided based on the outcome of each run.

The Different Kinds of Run It Twice at CoinPoker

At CoinPoker, we have Run It Twice, but we also have Run It Twice+1.

Run It Twice or RIT

In Run It Twice or RIT tables, when all players involved in a hand go all-in, the remaining community cards are dealt in two separate runs. Each run is treated as an independent hand, and the pot is divided based on the results of each run.

Run It Twice+1 or RIT+1

In Run It Twice+1 or RIT+1 tables, the board is initially run twice. If the same player wins the main pot for both of the run-outs, a third board will be dealt.

Interactive Run It Multiple Times

The interactive option for Run It Multiple Times is enabled only when two players are involved in the hand. After both players go all-in, the player with the highest equity can choose how the board will run. Once the opponent accepts, they can run the board once, twice, or in the RIT+1 format.
