Grand slam in the Bike Ride and Shooting Star

During the weekend we saw some fierce action take place at CoinPoker, both in the Rob Campbell Bike Ride and NoMercy Shooting Star. For the first time, since these events started, we had one player claim victory in both of the BTC events.

Scooping the bounty events

The player eth1r first managed to claim victory in the Rob Campbell Bike Ride after beating 1123581321 heads-up to claim the first prize worth 300,000.

Then later that same day, the player was heads up again, this time against CoinPokers own Isabelle “NoMercy” Mercier. After a lot of back and forth, the player finally managed to secure the victory in the Shooting Star. That earned him 122,550 CHP along with the 0.1 BTC bounty for knocking out NoMercy.

The bounty winner in the Bike Ride was PETERPUNT who claimed the 0.25 BTC bounty for knocking out Rob in 7^th place. The player would end up third, earning an additional 120,000 CHP on top of the BTC bounty.

Heads-up battle in Shooting Star

Watch the heads-up battle between Isabelle “NoMercy” Mercier and eth1r. Neither of them held back any punches but it would drag out for just over 15 minutes before the battle was over. Both players had their fair share of luck during the battle, as you can see in the video.
