Terms and ConditionsIntroduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the CoinPoker Irish Poker Festival 2024 (“Event”) held in partnership with the Irish Poker Tour from 29 October to 3 November 2024 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin. By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Participants must have a verified CoinPoker account in good standing.
- Employees, affiliates, and partners of CoinPoker and the Irish Poker Tour, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Qualifiers and Packages
- No Cash compensation or refunds will be offered to players who do not participate in the tournament.
- In the event of a player winning multiple packages, additional package(s) can be transferred to another CoinPoker player, no later than the 16th October, packages cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Seat only rewards can be transferred to another CoinPoker player during the festival, seat only rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Seat only rewards can be exchanged for entry into side events of equal of lesser value, any remaining balance will have no cash value after the Irish Poker Festival.
- Under exceptional circumstances, in the case of a player having unused CoinPoker credits at the conclusion of the Festival. The CoinPoker Team will liaise with the Festival organisers to arrange for said player to use these credits at a future event held under their auspices. Whilst this offer is entirely at the Festival organisers discretion they will endeavour to reach a satisfactory arrangement with all players in this situation.
- Winners of the qualifiers will be notified via their registered email addresses.
Event Participation
- Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Dublin.
- Participants must present valid identification upon arrival at the Event venue (government issued).
- Any participant found to violate these Terms or engaging in unethical behaviour will be disqualified from the Event and may forfeit their package.
Conduct and Fair Play
- Participants must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Event organizers and the Intercontinental Hotel.
Liability
- CoinPoker reserves the right to amend or modify this promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, the decision of CoinPoker will be final and binding.
- This offer is subject to CoinPoker’s general Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
- By participating in the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by CoinPoker and the Irish Poker Tour for purposes related to the Event.
- Your information will be handled following CoinPoker ‘s privacy policy.
