Como posso autoexcluir temporariamente a minha conta?
To pause the game using the desktop client:
- Click the down arrow next to your username, located in the upper right corner of the lobby.
- Select “My Profile”
- Clique em “Responsible Gaming”
- Then, in “Gameplay Pause”
- Choose the length of your break.
- Click on “Get OTP & Self-Exclusion”
To pause the game using the mobile app:
- Click on “More” in the bottom right corner of the application and then on “Responsible Gaming”.
- Click on “Gameplay Break” and select your preferred duration.
- After selecting the duration, click on “GET OTP & Self Exclude”.
Please note that once you complete the OTP verification, the Play Pause will be activated. You will not be able to play or deposit, but withdrawals will remain available. Your account will be automatically reactivated once your Play Pause ends.
