How can I check how many coins I’ve accumulated?
You can check your coins by following the steps mentioned below:
- Click on the ‘Wallet’ icon located in the upper right corner of the CoinPoker client computer or mobile application.
- Click on “Coin Inquiry”. Here you will see the total number of coins you have earned in a specified period of time while playing cash poker games.
Note: You can filter your “Game Type”, “Blind”, “Game Format” by clicking “Filter” in the upper left corner, along with a specific time range. Please note that you will only be able to view coins you have generated in the last 3 months.

How can I check my tournament tickets?
For the mobile application:
- Click on your “Avatar” in the upper left corner and then click on “My Tickets”.

For Workplace Clients:
- Click on your username in the upper right corner and then click on “My Profile”.

I want to know the breakdown of my equilibrium components. How do I find out?
You can check the breakdown of your balance components in the Wallet section of your app. The components are:
- Total Balance: This balance can be used to play in all game formats (and includes the amount of your deposit). This can be fully converted into withdrawable balance after playing.
- Withdrawal Balance: This represents your winnings, as well as the converted value of Unused Balance, Rewards, and Releaseable Bonuses.
- Rewards: This represents rakeback received in any form, including cash prizes on the leaderboard and ‘Refer a Friend’ rewards. This can be transferred to your withdrawable balance instantly.
Releasable Bonus: This bonus is unlocked incrementally in your Withdrawal Balance, depending on your gameplay and coin generation.
How can I view my transaction history?
In the client, click on the “Wallet” icon and then on “My Transactions”. Here you will see all transactions related to your transaction history.
How can I view my Hand History?
Click on your “Avatar” in the upper left corner and then click on “Game History”. Here you can view your hand history for “Cash Games” and “Torneios”.
Note: You can check your hand history for the last 30 days.
How is the balance in my wallet used?
If you have funds in both your Withdrawal Balances and Total Balance, the amount will first be deducted from your Withdrawal Balance and then from your Total Balance when entering a Cash Game or Tournament table.
