How can I verify my email address?

Please follow these steps to verify your email address:

• Tap on your avatar available in the upper left corner.
• Click on “My Profile” and add your email address in the “Endereço de email” section.
• Enter the OTP you received in your registered contact number or email and click “Verify”.

How can I register on Coinpoker?

Please follow the steps below to register at CoinPoker.com:

Visit our website www.coinpoker.com OR our Mobile App or Desktop Client.

In the desktop client, click:

1. “Sign up”
2. Create an account
3. Enter your email address.
4. Choose your password and re-enter it for verification.
5. Enter an affiliate or agent code if you received one from one of our partners.
6. Click on “Start”

An OTP code will be sent to your email address, which you will need to enter in the client.

You will be logged in immediately. At this point, you will receive an automatically generated username, which you can change once by following the procedure below:

1. Click the down arrow next to your username in the upper right corner of the client.
2. Click on “My Profile”
3. In the “My Information” tab, enter your new username, which must be between 5 and 15 characters long, and click “Check” to see if it is available. If it is, confirm it or choose a new username until one becomes available. Please avoid using your full name or offensive names, nor your phone number or anything that reveals your identity or confidential information.
4. Click on SEND OTP and enter the OTP you received with your phone number.
5. Enter a complex password – It must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 of these special characters !@#$* and be between 8 and 20 characters long.
6. Confirm “Do you have a promotional code?” (if there was one).
7. Please check “I agree to the CoinPoker Terms of Use” (read before agreeing) and then click “Submit”.

Please note that you will only be asked to change your username on your first three login attempts; after that, the automatically assigned username will become permanent if you take no action.

What to do if you didn’t receive an OTP?

If you do not receive an OTP to verify your email address during registration, we suggest checking your spam and promotions folders. Also, please note that the OTP will only be sent to your registered email address.
