As part of the 100% Rakeback promotion from March 16 to 31, we’re running CoinRaces with $1,000,000 in weekly prizes.

There are two major changes you should know about:

Leaderboards reset every 2 hours, instead of every 4 hours like previous CoinRaces.
All top players split the prize pool, rather than prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on.

Anyone playing at $0.01/$0.02 up to $25/$50 can rank for prizes, even after short sessions.

CoinRaces has one leaderboard for Texas Hold’em (NLH) and one for Pot Limit Omaha (PLO, PLO5, and PLO6). Within these leaderboards, each stake from Micro to High gets its own prize pool.

Earn prizes by playing normal cash games, All-In or Fold, or Bomb Pot games. As usual, there’s no opting in required.

💰 CoinRaces Prizes

Instead of individual prizes for the top-ranked players, the leaders will divide up the prize for each 2-hour window.

Here’s an example:

You play $0.25/$0.50 Texas Hold’em cash games.
During the session, you rank among the top 250 players.
The prize pool is $1,250.
Out of the 250 players, you generated 20% of the total rake.
Your CoinRaces prize is $250.

During the 100% Rakeback promotion, prizes won in CoinRaces will be balanced with your rakeback. Everyone still receives 100% rakeback up to the end of March 31.

For example, if you collected $100 in rakeback from a day of poker, but won $50 from CoinRaces at lunchtime, your rakeback payment will be $50 the following morning.

Players can rank on CoinRaces leaderboards by playing:

All-In or Fold games from $0.10/$0.25 up to $25/$50.

How often do the CoinRaces leaderboards reset?

CoinRaces leaderboards now reset every 2 hours, instead of every 4 hours like previous CoinRaces leaderboards.

How do prizes work on the CoinRaces leaderboards?

Prizes are proportional to the rake a player has generated compared to other players.

For example:

You play $0.25/$0.50 Texas Hold’em cash games.
During the session, you rank among the top 250 players.
The prize pool is $1,250.
Out of the 250 players, you generated 20% of the total rake.
Your CoinRaces prize is $250.
$250 is paid to your balance a few minutes after the leaderboard ends.

Any prizes you win will be factored into your rakeback payment for the next morning (around 7:00 UTC onwards).

For example, if you generate $100 in rakeback on Monday, but also win $30 from CoinRaces, your rakeback payment on Tuesday morning will be $70 (Rakeback minus CoinRaces prize).

When do I receive my CoinRaces prize?

You will receive your prize from the CoinRaces leaderboards a few minutes after the leaderboard ends. This prize will be directly deposited into your account balance.

Can players win prizes for more than one leaderboard?

Yes, players can win prizes on all active leaderboards.

For example, you could play Texas Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha cash games and win prizes on two different leaderboards. You can also win prizes at multiple stake levels, for example, Micro and Low.

What will the CoinRaces prize pool be after March 31?

Check back on April 1st to see the new CoinRaces prize pool.

CoinRaces Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to all verified CoinPoker account holders in good standing.
CoinPoker reserves the right to exclude players suspected of abuse, manipulation, collusion, artificial activity, or any form of unfair play.

2. Promotion Period

These Terms & Conditions apply to the CoinRaces leaderboards from March 16th to March 31st.

3. Games Included

All real-money cash games in qualifying stakes count toward the CoinRaces leaderboards.
Leaderboard points are earned based on the rake generated while playing cash games.
By participating in qualifying games, players accept these Terms & Conditions.

5. Leaderboard Format

CoinRaces uses a short-duration leaderboard format.
A new leaderboard begins every two (2) hours.

Leaderboards restart automatically at the beginning of each new time window.

6. Leaderboard Points

Players earn points (“coins”) equal to the amount of rake generated while playing cash games.
Points are awarded in real time as hands are played.
Leaderboard rankings and point totals update dynamically during gameplay.

7. Prize Distribution

CoinRaces distributes prizes based on each player’s share of the total rake generated by players finishing in paid positions.

Distribution mechanics:

Players generate rake during gameplay.
Each $1 of rake equals 1 coin.
At the end of each leaderboard window, the system calculates the total coins generated by players finishing in paid positions.
The prize pool is then distributed proportionally based on each player’s share of those coins.

Example:

A player generates 1,500 coins.
Total coins generated by paid players = 20,000.
If the leaderboard prize pool equals $15,000, the player receives 7.5% of the prize pool, equal to $1,125.

8. Prize Payments

Leaderboard rewards are credited automatically within minutes after the leaderboard ends.
Rewards are credited directly to the player’s CoinPoker account.

9. Integration with the 100% Rakeback Promotion

During March, CoinRaces leaderboards operate as part of CoinPoker’s 100% Rakeback Promotion.
From March 16th to March 31st, cash game players will receive 100% of the fees they pay back in the form of rewards.
Rewards consist of:
- CoinRaces leaderboard prizes
- Rakeback credited to rewards wallet

10. Security & Fair Play

CoinPoker’s Game Security team proactively and retrospectively monitors gameplay to ensure fair competition.
Players found engaging in manipulation, collusion, artificial activity, or any form of abuse will be disqualified.
CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold, adjust, revoke, or cancel any rewards.
Further account actions may be taken at CoinPoker’s sole discretion.

11. Technical Disruptions

In the event of technical errors, system interruptions, or unforeseen operational issues, CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust leaderboard outcomes or cancel any affected leaderboard session.
Any such decisions are final and binding.

12. Modification & Cancellation

CoinPoker reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any significant changes will be communicated through official CoinPoker channels.

13. General

Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion is subject to CoinPoker’s General Terms & Conditions, available on the CoinPoker website.
