Two Leaderboards = A Fairer Competition

We’re splitting the cash game leaderboard into two tiers to make the grind more equitable:

Prize Pool Schedule Explained:

To keep the competition exciting and fair, the $15,000 daily prize pool is split across six 4-hour sessions with different prize amounts.

Peak playtimes receive larger prize pools due to higher player activity, leading to bigger jackpots and tougher competition.

Off-peak sessions offer smaller pools but better chances for dedicated grinders to climb the leaderboard.

This approach ensures everyone has ample opportunities to win, no matter their schedule!

Point Calculation

Points are calculated on a hand-by-hand basis, with multipliers that vary by stake level.

The breakdown is as follows:

  • NL/PLO2: 1 point for each big blind ($0.02) collected in Community Contributions (CC)
  • NL/PLO5: 2 points for each big blind ($0.05) collected in Community Contributions (CC)
  • NL/PLO10: 5 points for each big blind ($0.10) collected in Community Contributions (CC)
  • NL/PLO25: 9 points for each big blind ($0.25) collected in Community Contributions (CC)
  • NL/PLO50: 15 points for each big blind ($0.50) collected in Community Contributions (CC)
  • NL/PLO100: 24 points for each big blind ($1) collected in Community Contributions (CC)

Why did you change the name of the 4 Hour Leaderboards to CoinRaces?

The 4-hour leaderboards were rebranded to CoinRaces for clarity and recognition, reflecting the fast-paced competition, while also increasing their value.

How was the value increased?

The total daily prize pool of $15,000 is split into two separate leaderboards, making the competition fairer for all players.

How do the two leaderboards work?
  • The $3,750 Leaderboard covers NLH/PLO/PLO5 games up to $50 buy-in and awards the top 15 players.
  • The $11,250 Leaderboard includes games from $100 and up, with prizes for the top 10.
How often do leaderboards reset?

Every 4 hours, giving you 6 opportunities a day to win extra cash on top of your regular profits.

How do players get paid for ranking on the CoinRaces leaderboard?

After successfully placing on one of the daily CoinRaces leaderboards, players will receive a transfer of their winnings into their CoinPoker account.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

Participation is open to all verified CoinPoker account holders in good standing. CoinPoker reserves the right to exclude players suspected of abuse or unfair play at its sole discretion.

  1. Promotion Period

This promotion runs until further notice, divided into six separate CoinRace sessions (UTC) per day.

  1. Games Included

All real-money NLHE, PLO, and 5PLO cash games qualify. Heads-Up tables are excluded from this promotion.

Between December 26th 00:00 UTC and February 1st 00:00 UTC, the CoinRaces leaderboard will pay out $15,000 daily, up from $12,000 daily before December 26th 00:00.

  1. Leaderboard Structure & Points
    • Two Leaderboards:
      • $3,750 Leaderboard: Stakes up to and including NL/PLO/PLO5 $50 buy-in. Pays out 15 slots.
      • $11,250 Leaderboard: Stakes from NL/PLO/PLO5 $100 and above. Pays out 10 slots.
    • Points are calculated on a hand-by-hand basis based on Community Contributions (CC), representing the rake generated for each big blind contributed.
    • Point multipliers per stake level remain unchanged:

      • NL/PLO2: 1 point per $0.02 CC
      • NL/PLO5: 2 points per $0.05 CC
      • NL/PLO10: 5 points per $0.10 CC
      • NL/PLO25: 9 points per $0.25 CC
      • NL/PLO50: 15 points per $0.50 CC
      • NL/PLO100: 24 points per $1 CC
      • NL/PLO200: 36 points per $2 CC
      • NL/PLO500: 54 points per $5 CC
      • NL/PLO1000: 78 points per $10 CC
      • NL/PLO2000+: 100 points per $20 CC
    • Leaderboard rankings are finalised at the end of each 4-hour window.
  1. Prize Pools and Payouts
    • The total daily prize pool is now $15,000, distributed across six CoinRaces, split between the two leaderboards as described above.
    • Prizes are credited directly to winners’ CoinPoker accounts within 72 hours of leaderboard finalisation.
  1. Tiebreakers

If leaderboard scores are tied, rankings will be determined first by higher cash game profits in that session, then randomly if still tied.

  1. Security and Fair Play

CoinPoker’s Game Security team proactively and retrospectively conducts random checks to ensure fair play. Players found engaging in manipulation, collusion, or any form of unfair activity will be disqualified and may face further account actions.

  1. Technical Disruptions

In the event of technical errors or interruptions, CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust leaderboard outcomes or cancel any affected sessions.

  1. Bad Beat Jackpot Removal

Effective July 7, 2025, the Bad Beat Jackpot (BBJ) is permanently discontinued. All existing BBJ funds are reinvested into the CoinRaces promotion. Players acknowledge and agree to this fund reallocation.

  1. Modification & Cancellation

CoinPoker reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through official CoinPoker channels.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding points, rankings, or payouts must be reported promptly to CoinPoker support. All decisions by CoinPoker regarding disputes are final and binding.

  1. Responsible Gaming

CoinPoker promotes responsible gaming and encourages players to gamble responsibly. Resources and support are available through CoinPoker’s Responsible Gaming policy.

  1. Governing Law
