COINPOKER CSOP Mini GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
   1.1 The giveaway is open only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority
   in their jurisdiction to participate in such promotions.
   1.2 Employees and directors of CoinPoker and their immediate family members are not
   eligible to participate.
   1.3 Participants must have a fully verified account on CoinPoker to enter and claim
   their prize.
2. Entry Period:
   2.1 The giveaway begins on October 6th at 6:00 PM (GMT) and ends on October 7 at
   4:00 PM (GMT) / the “Entry Period”.
3. How to Enter:
   3.1 Participants can enter the giveaway by following the CoinPoker Twitter account
   (@CoinPoker_OFF) and retweeting the tweet about the giveaway. Multiple entries will
   be disqualified.
4. Prizes:
   4.1 The prize for this giveaway is 4 (four) CoinPoker tournament tickets for the PKO Rebuy
   (October 8th). Value of each ticket: $20. The big prize will be a Ticket for the CSOP Mini
   Main (October 8th). Value of the ticket: $100.
   4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
   4.3 If you’re already registered for the tournament you just won a free ticket for through
   the giveaway or freeroll, you won’t be eligible for an additional prize. In this case, we’ll
   need to select another player for the giveaway/freeroll
5. Winner Selection:
   5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry
   Period.
   5.2 The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the end of the Entry Period.
6. Publicity Release:
   6.1 By participating in the giveaway, the winner grants CoinPoker the right to use their
   nickname and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further
   compensation or consent.
7. Privacy:
   7.1 Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the
   purpose of administering the giveaway and may be shared with our third-party tool or
   service, Gleam, used for the facilitation of the giveaway.

   8.1 CoinPoker reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms
   and conditions or engages in fraudulent conduct.
