If your hole card is missing or does not appear for some reason, there are some steps you can take to quickly fix the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please go through these technical solutions one by one to troubleshoot the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>For Mac Users, Grant Permissions on Mac OS<\/strong>: <br>Go to System Settings \u2192 Privacy &amp; Security \u2192 Full Disk Access, and grant access to the CoinPoker software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Disable Security Software Temporarily<\/strong>:<br>Your firewall or antivirus may be blocking the app from an important update. These log files can be downloaded by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right-click on the desktop shortcut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Open file location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the update.log file in the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the log folder, where you will find multiple .log files (named with a series of numbers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compress the file in .zip or .rar format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Windows<\/strong>: Right-click the file or folder, and then select &#8220;Send to Compressed (zipped) folder&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On MacOS<\/strong>: Control-click it, then choose Compress from the shortcut menu. A .zip file will be created in the same location.
