These log files can be downloaded by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right-click on the desktop shortcut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Open file location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the update.log file in the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the log folder, where you will find multiple .log files (named with a series of numbers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compress the file in .zip or .rar format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Windows<\/strong>: Right-click the file or folder, and then select &#8220;Send to Compressed (zipped) folder&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On MacOS<\/strong>: Control-click it, then choose Compress from the shortcut menu. A .zip file will be created in the same location.
